Muffin Tin Monday (the late report!)

Where does a week go?
As I'm slowly trying to bring Sophie into the schooling area with us I'm having to be more "fun". I got this idea from another blog (Her Cup Overfloweth) it's called Muffin Tin Monday. She does a theme...but I just barely got it done. :)

Sophie rather enjoyed the ranch dressing on carrot sticks. :)


We also got some new "Movement" stuff yesterday. Bean bags with games and the hit of the box were the 4ft scarves! They ran with them! Swung with them! Danced with them! Giggled with delight with them! Well worth the $11!
Sophie, it turns out, is scared of puppets. Hmmmmm. We'll work on that.

But all in all we are having fun learning together. Learning in general. Learning what works, and what doesn't. Learning that it's more fun to learn outside under the shade tree than it is in the school room in the house. :)

Today? Today is PE. We're off to the park with some friends to run and play! A little soccer, a little kite flying (that's physics right?), some climbing... and hopefully some pictures.
