We have estimated travel dates!!!!!

Whew!! When it rains it pours!

Today I got an email that said (from our TRAVEL agency) our VISA's were in and would be delivered to us on Monday. "How nice to be ahead of the game for a change" I thought to myself.

A few minutes later our agency (ADOPTION, unrelated to the travel agency) called because they wanted to "verify information". "How odd," I thought to myself "that they would just pick a random day to do that." Because it's very specific information necessary for paperwork in China.

And, you know, being the sleuth I am....I thought "Hmmmm, somebody knows something."

So I go to check the "rumor blog" (a cyber melting pot of who's agency is saying what) and low and behold someone had indeed received their TA (Travel Approval...our official invitation to come to China). So they are coming and are here and we will have definite news probably Monday.

Our friend, traveling with us, dug for more information on her call and got an estimated departure date of JANUARY 17TH!!!!!!!! YAHOO!!!!!
